In our kitchen supreme command belongs to Dariusz Siciarz - one of Podhale’s finest Chefs! Cooking was a passion for Siciarz from an early age. Playing with different tastes and textures, Chef Siciarz discovers flavors anew by creating compositions that delight both with taste and refined form. Combining the best of international and regional Highlander cuisine, Chef Siciarz creates unique culinary masterpieces that are impossible to resist. Since 1998, Siciarz has delighted with his talent, among others, Adam Malysz, and Polish and Croatia Presidents. Chef Siciarz has cooked for top restaurants in the region and is the winner of numerous culinary competitions. For 14 years Siciarz was Executive Chef in the well-known and highly regarded Five Star Litwor Hotel Koneser Restaurant. Food lovers have appreciated Siciarz’s talent for years, whom know that Siciarz’s experience and talent guarantee the highest quality and unique taste.
